Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your equipment for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your equipment must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or modification

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@flexion.ca
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the equipment securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the item back using the provided label

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned equipment and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equipment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
